Our digital products are supplied immediately after purchase. Because digital files and template links cannot be returned once supplied, all sales are final and we do not normally offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Problems with your purchase

If you experience a technical problem receiving or downloading your purchase, Payhip support may be able to resend your receipt or restore download access.
